“Why are your prices so cheap?”

We do have the lowest prices locally, possibly nationally. We want vaginal laser rejuvenation to be as affordable as possible because it is an out of pocket expense. Many patients that would benefit from vaginal rejuvenation are either retired and on a fixed income.

Those who began a series of treatments have been pleased with the results. We discount a package of 3 vaginal rejuvenation treatments, because it is after the 2nd and especially the 3rd treatment that people will begin to see the results. How are you different from other clinics offering vaginal laser rejuvenation?

The FemTouch laser is surgical/hospital grade, and our medical expertise is in vaginal health. Other clinics may have different brands of lasers that are repurposed aesthetic lasers (some other brands include MonaLisa Touch, Selene Touch, and FemiLift), and may have different medical specialties like Dermatology or Aesthetic Surgery.

How do I know if vaginal laser rejuvenation will help me?

All that is required is a brief exam and recommendation from Dr. Peterson or Jessica Gering APRN; or having had an exam recently if you are already a patient. The exam itself can be billed to insurance, then you can decide how you would like to proceed based on their professional medical opinion. You will have the advantage of working with an experienced and caring staff at an established OB-GYN women’s healthcare clinic.

If there are other treatment options, why choose vaginal laser rejuvenation?

For some women, like breast cancer patients, or those with a family history or high risk of breast cancer - prescription hormones may increase the risk further. People who plan out the treatment options are looking to save money in the long run in monthly savings on prescriptions they may no longer require.

Will it tighten my vagina? Will I have better sex?

Maybe? There are women (and their partners) who report experiencing better sex and a tighter vagina after having a series of vaginal laser rejuvenation treatments. This has become a hot topic in the media ever since the Kardashian sisters made it a major conversation in their household.

The outcomes of vaginal laser therapy vary for every woman. We are primarily looking to help our patients relieve symptoms of vaginal atrophy, lichen sclerosus, mild urine leakage, and menopause. We recommend caution in believing any sweeping claims or promises though, even the quotes from doctors - many of whom are dermatologists that do not have experience performing regular pelvic exams and evaluating vaginal health.
